1. Shipping Coverage

We provide fast island-wide shipping to all reachable locations and cities across Sri Lanka.

2. Shipping & Delivery Rates

We aim to offer affordable and straightforward shipping costs for all our customers:

Standard Fast Shipping Rate: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 400.00 will be applied to all orders below Rs. 15,000.00.
Free Shipping Threshold: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders containing a total value of Rs. 15,000.00 and above.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

Once your order placement and payment verification are successfully completed, our fulfillment team will pack and dispatch your order. Our standard timelines are as follows:

Order Dispatch: All orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Colombo & Suburbs: Delivery takes 2 - 3 business days from the dispatch date.
Outstation Areas: Delivery takes 3 - 5 business days from the dispatch date.

Note: Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery times may extend slightly during high-volume sale events, holiday seasons, or extreme weather circumstances.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we will notify you with the courier tracking details via email or SMS. You can use this information to trace your parcel's shipping journey.
