Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LEPIX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully pleased with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and exchange procedure. Please read through our terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or an exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged state.
  • The item must be returned with all original product tags, packaging, and branding accessories completely intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as order confirmation email or receipt).

Any item that shows signs of wear, usage, washing, or damage, or is missing tags, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • A standard delivery charge of Rs. 400.00 will be charged to send out the replacement item.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect on our part (e.g., damaged product or wrong size/item sent), we will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Procedure

If you wish to return a defective product or if a replacement item is out of stock:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment card (processed via PayHere) or directly credited via bank transfer.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycles.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To submit a return or exchange request, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the product:
